Janice Chi, the co-owner, operations director, and master sake sommelier, curates an impressive collection of sake from all over Japan. She believes that a good food and beverage combination is essential for an exceptional dining experience. Janice is also proud to be the first female restaurateur in Singapore to attain the esteemed Master Sake Sommelier title.
