Welcome to Kanshoku Ramen Bar, where we believe in savoring every last bite. Founded in 2014 by friends Melvin and Brendon, Kanshoku has grown into a culinary destination that embodies the true essence of Japanese cuisine.
At Kanshoku, our mission is simple - to serve fresh, healthy, and delicious ramen that leaves you completely satisfied. We wanted to create a ramen bowl that could be enjoyed from the first to the very last bite, without ever feeling overly stuffed.
Our dedication to quality is evident in every aspect of our food. The process of creating the perfect bowl of ramen begins with our meticulously crafted broth. Boiled over eight hours with the purest filtered water and without the use of added salt and preservatives, our broth is the heart and soul of our dishes.
In addition to our exquisite broth, we source the finest pork from Holland and tenderly marinate it for four hours. Our ramen noodles are handmade in-house daily using the traditional Hakata style technique, taking an additional two hours to perfect. To top it off, we use premium eggs from Japan, specially marinated for an hour to achieve perfection.
From our ingredients to our preparation techniques, we take pride in serving ramen that we are truly proud of. That's why every bowl of Kanshoku Ramen is a celebration of life, love, and our passion for exceptional food. We are honored to share this joy with you.
