At Hazuki, you can dine intimately in a discreet 12-seat dining room. Headed by kappo chef Kenta Yamauchi, formerly of Michelin-starred Gion Fukushi in Kyoto, Hazuki presents an evolving menu that stays true to Kyoto-style traditions, infused with a cosmopolitan touch.
Hazuki is a brainchild of the same team behind Sushi Masaaki, catering to those who appreciate sophistication in every detail. From luxurious Gucci homeware to exquisite Kagami crystalware, used by the Japanese Imperial Household Agency for official receptions, and place settings made from 1,000-year-old yakusugi cedar wood, every aspect of the dining experience has been carefully curated.
With Chef Kenta's dedication to sourcing rare and fine ingredients, Hazuki offers an exceptional culinary journey. From shiro miso supplied by a heritage Kyoto maker exclusive to select restaurants in Japan, to wild-caught seasonal fish, each ingredient is thoughtfully transformed to reflect the flavors of the season. Hazuki offers five menus, with three options for lunch and two for dinner, priced from SGD 180 to SGD 380.
