EAT. at IMM is a one-stop shop for local traditional fare in a comfortable and cozy setting. Our restaurant, established in 2006, is part of the Fei Siong Group's success in the local noodles business. We aim to provide a nostalgic dining experience with our signature handmade dishes.

At EAT., you can indulge in mouthwatering dishes like the Teochew-style bak chor mee (minced meat noodles) tossed in a vinegar and soy sauce mix with specially-made sambal. Our laksa is a must-try, with its thick bee hoon in a mildly spicy broth made with creamy coconut milk and dried shrimp. We also offer well-seasoned egg noodles with flavorful hand-made Teochew fishballs and fishcake in our fishball noodles.

Not only do we specialize in noodle dishes, but we also serve other local favorites such as lor mee, satay bee hoon, and various soups with handmade dumplings. If you're looking for rice dishes, we have options like fried fish rice, pork belly rice, and chicken chop rice.
